Random steering nibble "resolution"

I thought it better to start a new thread rather than continue the original I started for the random steering wheel nibble, or DW as some refer it to here.
2008 JK , 4" lift, running 315/75/16's started experiencing this issue after almost 6000 trouble free miles.

I installed a new Rubicon Express adjustable track bar and centered the front end with 9/18-18-3 hard bolts. Checked and there was no noticeable damage to the mourning holes in the brackets. This changed nothing and the nibble was still there.

Installed new Rubicon Express front lower control arms, adding 3/4" of an inch to the length over the existing not adjustable arms that were on the vehicle. I noticed that when the previous owner installed the lift kit that they removed the cams that were on the axle end brackets of the factory lower arms, which left a square hole in one side of the brackets.
When I installed the new 9/16-18-3 hard bolts bolts, I added a heavy duty flat washer on the side with the square hole and after tightening all bolts to 125 ft;lb, welded that washer in place. (Bolts are still removealbe and further adjustment can be made if necessary)

Now the vehicle tracks much better, and the nibble or DW is non-existent.
What a pain in the a$$..
