Rear Control Arm Drop Brackets?

Ok I know control arm drop brackets on the rear axle are going to do very little. Shoot, swapping control arms to longer ones after you lift is just to push the axle back to center.

But, I got in an accident, and a repair shop quote and insurance claim check later, I ended up with an extra set of jks control arm drop brackets, my original ones ended up being fine but I put the new ones that were ordered on anyways.

They look pretty close to being able to fit, flipped, on the rear arms. I'm wondering if anyone has tried this before. If not, I'm sure I could offload them to someone, but it sure would be nice to push my rear axle back an inch or two so I don't have to worry about trimming my rubi rails when I get new tires this summer.

Thanks for any info

Metal cloak makes a set of rear control brackets, so you're not crazy. I don't have much else to add other than I'm curious to see what others have to say.

I added the db3 rear bracket to my jku. It really helped with the rear axle steer i was getting over uneven roads. I seriously doubt that the front brackets will even fit the rear, let alone have the correct geometry.

For those that get it, no explanation is needed. For those that don't, no explanation is possible.
