Rear wiring lights and towing adapters

I installed a tow hitch long time ago that uses a Y adapter off the left driver side taillight for power pass through. I'm looking at a new shade top that has built in leds for brake/turn that would also use a Y off the driver side wiring, I don't think it'd be a massive draw issue but is it OK to run multiple Y adapters like that or is there a better way to combine 2 into 1?

Probably ok. It depends on the draw of the LED's but I would expect that they don't draw much amperage.
