this able to be done in the driveway easy enough ? Figure its just keeping vehicle still and flat, using the jack to raise lower an end if its not lining up ?
Current control arms are both just, done, I can grab and wiggle them and make a atrociousness instrument out of them. There a set amount of grease i should use/not use...Im just sorta going at this.
If you don’t need to adjust anything just take one arm out at a time, adjust so that they’re the same length as the old ones and install the new then repeat until all 8 are done.
The hardest part is going to be removing the bolts from the old control arms if there's a bunch of rust. There are a bunch of videos out there of how to do it so you'll have no problem as long as you have jack stands and the proper tools.
Some of them are adjustable and require grease and some are fixed and don't. Is your Jeep lifted at all or stock?
I bought shocks as well, but the bushings weren't already in the shocks, so that has been a headache as I dont had a large c clamp until today, I just need grease and ill install them Monday or Tuesday with my shocks. First time doing this, excited to do it, worried ill do somthing awful and the jeep will just implode in flames, cause why not
