Synergy Sector shaft brace

I'm running RE coils, and a tera monster track bar. Can anyone confirm if the SS brace and track bar brace will work with my current set up?

I read rumor synergy re did the braces in 2014/15...

OK I can't answer you question but this might be a good place to put this to also get some opinions. I WAS going to install the selector brace but I read on more then one post that the brace was actually causing more failures then no brace at all. The theory was that the brace actually eliminates some of the flex which focuses more stresses on the selector shaft, causing more failures with people who have the brace installed. This was from a couple mechanics that was posting on older threads. Don't know if it holds weight or no since I only believe 99.9999% of what I believe on the intra-web.

Height? Are you running a DL flip? The issue i had was The large hoop hitting the pitman arm under certain conditions.

I looked at the Synergy but ended up going with JKS. This was posted on the Synergy site...
Synergy does not guarantee compatibility with any other track bar including the factory OEM trackbar.

Agree on the advice to skip the sector shaft brace. I saw someone snap a sector shaft brace on the Rubicon trail last year. He was two jeeps ahead of me and was lucky that the jeep between us was actually carrying a spare box.

This rig had a Synergy sector shaft brace on it and it snapped anyway.

I had a brace on mine but removed it. To many fitment issues (hits my spring).

The holes in frame side track bar brace for the 9/16" bolts do not line up well. Once you tighten the bolts down, you end up somewhat ovaling the original holes if they were not already ovaled. You have to push the bolt through before tightening down all of the other ones.

Oh and the inner bearing race is crummy. Mine was badly machined (off center) and had all kinds of bad wear marks on it after ~600 miles.

It came off and I got my money back. I am stuck now with the frame side track bar brace.

Best thing to do is get hydro assist and skip that brace. I have the box already and the ram sitting on my shelf.

I was looking at only adding the Synergy Track bar Brace - any one have any additional comments on this. Currently have a Metal Cloak track bar and will eventually replace my OEM Steering box with the PSC BIG bore.

Looking for additional comments
