The NeverEnding search for a functional suspension

So after almost 2 years into my build, still trying to work out the final kinks in my suspension. Specifically - what sounds like a bump stop to frame smacking in the ass end of the rig. I've tried a few times to garner assistance on this topic previously - but since i have a Frankenlift, it's hard to solve. See end of post for links to all that exploration over the build cycle.

My next step is to try and replace the current (now discontinued for whatever that is worth) RK springs & spacers with a set of Rubicon Express coils that are the stiffest ones i can get in the market (that I've found). This change would yield me the following benefits - i think:

1. Accurate coil size to match lift / removal of spacers
2. +10 lbs stiffness in front
3. +15 lbs stiffness in rear

What do you all think, will the stiffer springs make any difference?

TIA for any/all help
