The Right Lights

Hello I am new to all of this and starting to find places like extreme terrain. I am interested in changing all my lights to led. What products like headlights, marker lights, tail lights, and off road lights would you recommend?

Hi MischaJD,

Welcome to the JEEP family. When it comes to lights you are going to get all sorts of opinions. Some like to go with the off brands and save money and not get as good of quality and some will say go with name brand and don;t do it twice. Of course you will spend more money with name brand lights But you wont have to think twice about the quality. I've done the chep route and regret it. But some will swear by it. Check out our website and see what we have to offer. We have some of the top quality lights on the market at great prices. If you have any questions please feel free to pm or email me and will be more then happy to help you out. And check out the Vendor spotlight thread for great deals. Thanks.

For headlights the best are JW speaker J-Series. I wouldn't go with JW for taillights, heard complaints about them not being sealed properly and the reverse lights aren't too bright. For taillights I went with IPCW LED taillights, good looking really bright reverse lights and zero issues with over 1+ year of use in my Jeep. For LED bars 10"-50" and LED cubes the best are Rigid. Really happy with all those companies, zero dead LED's or moisture in the housings. Most the cheap Chinese LED's won't be that way after 1 year. With lighting on our Jeeps you get what you pay for.

I agree with Unstuck regarding the JW Tail lights. I have them ... and don't recommend them. Housing issues which JWS doesn't warrant. Their headlights ... either the 8700 evo 2's w/ anti flicker (if you don't like the halo), or the J's.

I only have rigid SR 10" floods up front and the rigid Side Shooters in spot in the a pillar. That combination along with my JWS headlight/fogs are awesome. I'm going to fully test them out in offroad conditions at night Christmas weekend when my family goes to Big Bear, CA.

I went with JWS for the headlights and Recon for everything else.
