Ticking noise

Had the left head replaced by dealer about 6 months ago. Ticking noise seems to have came back, dropping at dealer next week. Any advice on the issue.

I had a ticking noise. Had alot of miles on my 2014JK. Had been using Amsoil. Read that Amsoil is missing an element that might cause ticking. I put Sea Foam in crank case. About 5 ounces. Ran it for 200 miles. Changed oil, and replaced with conventional oil. Ticking was gone. Now, I put Sea Foam in right before oil change.
