Ticking on 2015. Dealer Advice North Jersey

Anyone have experience with a reputable service department in North Jersey. Just turned 60k and of course it starts ticking. Sounds like rocker arms or cylinder head might need replacement. Hopefully under warranty.

Franklin Sussex replaced both of my heads even with no ticking and no codes. What I had going on was the passenger side running 60* hotter than the driver side. They called Jeep and got an authorization to just preemptively do them both. Granted it took them over 2 weeks to do because of a small part order oversight and a few rush jobs that wiggled their way in front of me but it's been fine ever since. They even dropped it off at my house after it was done since they felt bad about it taking so long.

UPDATE:

Thank you Alex and Melanie from JeepCares. And thank you Brown Daub Jeep in Bath,PA.

Diagnosed rocker arm issue. Jeep was in less than 24 hours and replaced lifters, rocker arms and cam on passenger side.

Quiet as when I first got it. Hopefully these new parts are updated from originals.

is this rocker arm / lifter / cam issue a design flaw that all 3.6's will get or is it a rare failure.
