TIPM issues???

I have a 2010 JKUR automatic with 56,000 miles. about three months ago I was out running errands came back started the jeep and couldnít get it out of park into drive. I shut it off a few times and finally it went into drive. A few minutes into my ride warning lights came on my speedo wasnít working my blinkers didnt work . Drove it right to my mechanic and shut it off. When he went out to look at it everything was fine except the check engine light was on. He scanned it. Lost communication with front module. It seems to be working fine now so weíll just keep an eye on it. Hadn't had any issues with it until two days ago Iím driving home from work a few warning lights came on my dash got to my house shut it off and restarted it and the lights were gone. A couple hours later went to go somewhere and it Would not start. Turn the key and absolutely nothing. Couple hours later went out and it started right up drove around a little bit everything seemed fine. The next day ran some errands with it. Then later that day me and my wife took it to go out to dinner on the way back from dinner a few warning lights came on pulled into a parking lot to shut it off and hopefully reset it but it wouldnít start back up! After about five minutes of trying It started up. Driving it home a few lights came on got to the house shut it off then did a scan and pull these codes. The post Ive read seem to suggest itís a tipm but it seem like they had more weird problems with their Jeep. Also my electronics Sway bar disconnect isnít working and I read somewhere that could be shorting out and that could be causing the issues??

Welcome
All electronics need good grounding
The heat/cool expansion/contraction causes more loose connections than their are error codes
Start by checking your battery post connections and visible grounding points for tightness

When "issues" happen again, whack the TIPM "box" and see if that helps. It did for mine literally at the mechanics to turn the Jeep off. I had turned it off and pulled out the key and she was still running! Gave it a good whack and she shut off and them I restarted it to move her into a bay. Mechanic took the TIPM apart, cleaned it really well, sprayed it with electronic cleaner, cleaned all the fuses and put her back together. No problems since. She is a 2008 JK and I rock crawl and run in the water and mud. Not so much water and mud now The TIPM was a problem in the 2007's, Chrysler did a recall, but the 2008 have not been recalled even with the same issues. Try cleaning really well in addition to the "grounding" stuff. That may do it. Otherwise if it is a TIPM getting a new one is over $500.00.

Thanks! I checked all the grounds I could see! I will try cleaning up the TIPM and hope that’ll do the trick.
