Turbo Dump Sound in NA 3.6?

Hey guys got a question:

So I've had my current JKU for over a year and half now and I remember noticing this sound since the test drive. The PO installed a Banks Air Ram and I knew that prior to purchase, and I don't even know if its related, but every time I shift (its a 6 spd) at exactly around 2500 revs the engine compartment lets out this little turbo gate dump sound (like a ptssss). Its not that I don't like it, I just wanna know what it is and if its possible to make it louder, cause I kinda like it hahaha. As of now, you can only really hear it well with the radio off and windows open. It happens right as you start to pull the clutch out after shifting (and the revs are being lowered by the shift). Anybody know what it could be? My only guess would be the PCV valve letting out some air.

You could get a fake blow off valve.

I really would rather just find the source of the sound.
