Two oil leaks

l have a 2016 JKW unlimited overland.
Had car checked today and was told l have Differential assembly oil leak housing area around the rear of the transmition/drive
Has anyone come across this issue, is it serious

I also told there are oil stains evident in undercarriage of the engine

2 different leaks in one car, only done 23000km
Any advice apprecaited

to the forum. It's hard to tell from the pictures. The first thing I would check is the oil filter/cooler assembly, valve covers, and lastly the rear main seal. With regard to the differential a shot from the other side would be helpful, it could be the pinion seal, or the differential cover gasket. Do you still have a warranty? If so let the dealer fix it.
