I have a 2014 JKU and all of a sudden my USB, Bluetooth and Uconnect would not work. When pushing the phone or voice command buttons I got nothing at all. Found an article online that offered a fix and it worked. All you have to do is disconnect the battery (ground first then positive), connect the two cables you just disconnected together (you can just touch them together) and leave them sit for about 25 to 30 minutes, reconnect the cables to the battery (positive first), make sure everything is turned off inside the jeep and turn the engine on, let all lights on dash turn off after startup then turn on radio. Everything should be back. I did this today after days of nothing working and it fixed everything! P.S I have the Uconnect 130 but this should work for any model.

I have the same problem i connect my iPod via Bluetooth. I will be in the middle of a song and out of no where it disconnects and then starts playing the radio. Then it doesn't let me reconnect my bluetooth until I pull over turn the Jeep off and then turn it back on a try to connect again. It's really annoying, also it doesn't do it often but it does it enough to make me want to bing it to the dealer.

The touching the cables together is just a trick to discharge any capacitors hold a residual charge that in turn are holding any stored memory ram. Basically you just did a clean slate reboot of the adaptive memory.
