Unhappy uConnect has become noConnect.

Hey guys.

Took my Wrangler in for a service last week, and from the moment I picked it up, something was wrong with the radio (I think it's the uConnect 430N)

When I connect my iPhone 4S via USB, all the songs etc. appear on screen, and I can play the music and change songs from my phone; BUT, as soon as I try change songs, press play do something from the radio itself, it will just pause/stop the song playing and do nothing else. Is it possible that Jeep maybe upgraded the software of the unit when I took it for a service and there is now a bug? What should I do? Is this a common problem?

Its really annoying because the whole point of connecting the phone via USB and not Aux is to be able to change the song from the radio itself.

Thanks!

This sounds like a cable issue. When you plug the docking cable in, do you hear the beep on the phone? I would also try rebooting the IPhone, this is done by holding the home & power buttons at the same time till the apple appears. Then release them and the phone will reboot.
