Vacuum Pump open to elements

I just installed a new bumper and my vacuum pump is sticking out so it gets rained on. Is this fine?

I would bet it is fine since it is open to the elements anyway, even though it normally is covered. I bet you could fab something pretty easy if you are concerned. Heck, you could velcro a spray can lid to it.

If you are concerned you could get the Metalcloak bracket for the sPod. It mounts the sPod just behind the abs system. Ther is a place to mount the pump

It's fine, drive in a heavy rain storm and everything under there is going to get wet.

Pretty sure mine has been under water a few times.
