Vibration after CAI

Installed an AFE intake a few weeks ago. At around 3k rpm I get this vibration that's right under the trans shifter. Crawled around under there. Can find anything loose. Thinking maybe exhaust related since there's more air flow now. Any thoughts?

My wild-ass guess is that its harmonic and enhanced by lack of intake baffling. That is also the RPM where my JK makes its peak noise with aftermarket exhaust w/resonator removed.
