Vibration help

Hi
I have a vibration in the drivers side. I thought it was u joints so changed them 85K in km on vehicle. While I was at it upgraded the ball joints with Synergy and still vibration doesn't feel like front driveshaft u joint as when I go under it moves smooth and no knocking.
I'm no mechanic by means but somewhat handy.
Almost sound like skid plate but they are all solid
It's 2012 JKU Sahara
Any suggestions would be great

What speed is it at? It could possibly be something as simple as a your wheels out of balance. Maybe a bent rim? Has your jeep sat for an extended period of time-flat spots?

No it's on the acceleration when it happens, straight or turning and it's a rattle sound
I had my 33" on and switched to my winters same sound so not the wheels.

Does it change with speed? Does it have a rhythm? Like high, low, high, low and so on? Or is it the same constantly? Tires clear everything? Video possible?
In 4wd, 2wd or both?

So an update
To the dealer to see if they can figure out the vibration The are saying my exhaust is getting the crossmember and are trying to blame the lift however the lift has been there for year and is 2".
I think it's from a rock I hit last time I was wheeling considering that's when this started.
My question is is this crossmember required as I'm going to be getting a transmission, oil skid plate from rockhard 4x4.
it's not the transmission crossmember mount but one in front of it. I'm going to get the poison spider transmission crossmember brace anyway.
I have photos attached you can see how close my exhaust pipe is now to the cross beam.
my question is this normal and it something else.
I think this is the problem as when I accelerate with the exhaust pipe vibrating and so close to the crossbeam it's causing vibration.

This is the crossbeam which is attached to the transmission cross member

Thanks for that, pretty skimpy tranny skid lol. I know the feeling I never had any rattle until last time out must have hit rock, guess time to upgrade. Might remove that skid for winter as my wheeling on hold until spring.
I'm only worried if I remove it will that be a problem not having the cross beam (I don't mean the transmission cross beam just skidplate)

It won't hurt anything if you take it off , it's not structural . You could try and tweak it a little
So it doesn't cause the pipe to rattle if you still wanted some protection till new skid...??

I had the same problem, basically after I replaced the catalytic converters. The union of the after market pipe (it came in two pieces) was just low enough to cause a vibration against the skid plate. It seems to move with time, once I get it fixed, it comes back. I used some high temp woodstove gasket door sealer between the exhaust pipe and the skid plate. I have a louder (and higher vibration) high flow performance muffler as well, so the vibration was bad until that got dampened. hope this helps.

So did mine. I used their shim but still had slight contact. Added two large washers between and skid and crossmember and no more rattle.

Update, I ended up doing the same thing, added 3 hefty washers around the center mounting bolt under the skidplate at to get the clearance, very low tech, but very effective. thanks!
