What does the tipm all control

So I was having issues with my door locks and washer fluid motor not working. As soon as you stuck a new fuse in it would immediately blow. I unplugged all the doors and still blew the fuse. I took the tipm out and sprayed with contact cleaner, took all the fuses out and removed it the board and couldn't figure out how to get the board out so stopped there and threw it all back together. Now my heater won't blow and my hi beams stay on all the time even with the jeep off. Is it time for a new tipm? It's a 2010 jku and I checked and no recall

The TIPM controls a lot. All of the functions you describe in fact.

There are places that do TIPM repairs, you might want to check those out first.

There is a hard reset procedure, if you are going the TIPM repair or replacement, try a hard reset first.

In the 2014 manual, I cannot find any logical wire crosses that might lead to a short of both the washer and door locks. The 2010 could very well be very different though. That being said, it does sound like an internal short. Unless you have done a lot of extensive mods to panels or harnesses, an external wire short spanning all those functions seems unlikely.

Definitely try cranbiz's reco to hard-reset, then if that doesn't work, repair/replace is likely necessary.

While the act of spraying contact cleaner on the TIPM circuit board shouldn't have done any damage, it did stop working after that. It's also possible that you pushed a contact out of position when you reassembled the cable connectors. The TIPM has the relays on the circuit board that controls the door locks, washer, fuel pump, power windows, etc. I haven't taken one apart yet (knocks on wooden head), I wouldn't be surprised if there is a common connection to most of those relay's.
