Came in the box with my soft top, can't seem to find it online.

It may be to store the soft top when not on the jeep?

That's the soft top cover when not on the jeep. In reuse it when I remove the soft top to keep it tidy.

They wrap it around the soft top when you buy your jeep with the dual top group. It can be used to store the soft top, but it is not very durable. Mine lasted a few months while being stored on a wall. I would not trust it to stay on the top while down and driving
