If you're buying a complete lift kit, most of them some with bumpstop extensions.

Depends on your tire size, stock or flat fenders, and shocks. I went with MetalCloak since they're adjustable. Cheap option would be hockey pucks.

35's, stock fenders, Rancho RS9000XL shocks, 2.5 total lift.

Which 9000XLs? You really need to flex it out and see how close your shocks are fully compressed and how close your tires are to the fenders.

Traumahead had it right. The only way to make sure you have the proper bump stop length is to remove the springs and check clearance at full bump and articulation. That way you're not giving up up-travel by guessing too big and you're not damaging shocks/fenders by guessing too short. Good Luck!
