Wiring route for high level rear work lights

Hey, I have a 2013 JK (2-door) fitted with a Rhino Pioneer Tradie roof rack. I want to mount two cube LED work lights (probably Stedi C-4 BLACK EDITION) and I need to get the wiring to the engine bay then into the dash to a switch.

Is there any weatherproof way to get the wiring inside the car at the rear (e.g. through the hard top) or do I have to run the harness along the roof rack to the from, down the pillar and into the engine bay that way?

Appreciate any advice.
