01 Tj shaking, sputtering while driving...

Well I'm new to this forum but have been reading a few posts trying to diagnose my problems. It started a few days ago after starting the tj to let it warm up before work, keep I'm mind it was acting fine the day before. I started up my driveway and I noticed that it was violently shaking and just driving beyond rough. I then noticed my CEL light was flashing, and the jeep acted like this the entire time while driving and has ever since. I read a little into it and decided to have all of the codes read, it came back P0300, P0303, P0306, P0500, P0051, and P0455. I figured out that most were misfire readings and started with the basic spark plug change. All of the plugs needed to be changed but nothing very concerning until I got to plug #6 which was one of the CEL codes. It was covered in dark liquid which I assumed was oil due to the look and weird smell. It was only covered on the threads though. I cleaned out the well the best I could with a rag, put in new spark plug..... and nothing changed. There are a lot of things that I have found that could be wrong but I don't know which way to go. Also my buddy told me that the dark liquid could be fuel and to check the injectors. If you guys could please help and maybe give me a direction before I start dumping money into possible problems?

P0300, multiple cylinder misfires
P0303, cylinder 3 misfire
P0306, cylinder 6 misfire
P0500, no vehicle speed sensor signal
P0455, evap large leak

The P0051 is not in my list of codes. Typo or missing from my source?

If there was oil on the threads of the spark plug, but not the actual tip, that's likely oil seepage from the valve cover gasket. Shouldn't be the cause of the misfire.

Was your check engine light on prior to this? the evap code and speed sensor code are probably unrelated but if they all came on the same time, its curious.

The 0051 code came back as an 02 sensor and it says H025 heater circuit low, bank 2 sensor 1. My CEL would come on occasionally but never stayed on.
