1997 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L

I got a 1997 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L and when I put the ignition switch in the "ON" postion there is no power going to accessories at all and it's a new ignition switch. The guy who had it said he heard some crackling noises in steering column just before it died haven't found anything obvious yet any help is better than none fuses seem fine also. (Does the fuse box inside vehicle feed off of the ignition switch or doe some of it?)

When you turn the key all the way forward to start the Jeep, does it turn over? Yes some of the fuses behind the glove box run off ignition power.

Most likely the Actuator Pin has failed. Advanced, AutoZone, etc.. have the Dorman replacment part.
