2.5->4.0 Swap questions

I have a 98 Wrangler SE with the 2.5L. I'm wanting to do a swap for a 4.0... I'm wondering if I can take out the 2.5 and drop in the 4.0 and not have to change anything? If I do have to change stuff, what all do I have to change? Trans? The 2.5 is just not enough power for me and I also want to be able to easily roll 35's or 37's. Thank you in advance!!

I haven't looked too much into the 2.5-4.0 swap as I'm in the process of a 2.5-5.9 swap but my understanding is you'll need a new ecu and motor mounts are minimum. Most people say the swap to a v8 is just as difficult.
