2000 rpm miss

2000 tj 2.5. I have had a miss at 2000 rpm since I bought this jeep. Im not new to jeeps but this one has stumped me. I have replaced the ignition coil, wires and plugs, whole distributer, cps sensor, tps sensor, coolant temp sensor, both o2 sensors, map sensor, fuel injectors, fuel pump, and gas cap. Still has the 2000 rpm miss/stumble. I cant find a vacuum leak anywhere and no intake leak either. Ive searched and now think it might be the PCM. Any ideas? I know these 2.5 engines are known for this, but rarely does someone say they have fixed it. I did see that someone fixed it by switching 3 & 4 fuel injector wires but that made the jeep miss at all rpms. Its weird that it is only at 2000 rpm. Also sometimes it runs rough at startup for a minute. Thanks
