I bought a used jeep with the Hard top installed with the soft top stored in the back. Now I'm trying to install the soft top this weekend. Unfortunately, the brackets didn't come with so now I'm trying to find a place that sells them - and has them in stock. The dealerships I have called all have to order the part. I don't have many junk yards in my area.

Does anyone know where you can get these? I'm in Connecticut. I'd like to put the soft top on this weekend.

Which brackets are you talking about.

The brackets that connect the bow to the roll cage. I think they're called pivot brackets. I need both the driver and passenger sides.

Sorry I can't help you on that one. Mine had them on it when I bought it.

My jeep came from the factory as a hard top only model. No soft top frame/pivot brackets or tailgate brackets.
When I bought a slightly used factory soft top, I found all the brackets I needed at Jeepsareus.com.
Keep in mind that LJ pivot brackets are slightly different than TJ brackets. LJ brackets only have one frame attachment point vs the TJ's two attachment points due to the frames being different.
