3rd Break Light :(

I have replaced the fuses and the light bulb. 3rd break light still doesn't work. Any advice? Could it be wiring?

Were the fuses or bulbs blown? Did you check for 12V at the socket? I would start there and work my back to the front of the Jeep. Wires don't just go back, but one may have gotten pinched or cut. Good Luck!

Check the metal connectors on the inside of the tub on the passenger side. They can get dirty and if you lined your tub like said above a lot of people put the liner right over it

^^^This. take a little piece of fine sand paper and burnish the contacts on both the tail gate and the tub, and make sure they are making good contact. You can also open the tailgate, have someone step on the brakes and check the tub contacts for voltage with a test light.

If the light still doesn't work after cleaning the contacts, the wires to the contacts on the tub may have fallen off.
To check the wires, pull down the rear most part of the plastic wheel well liner (there is a plastic retainer that will need to pulled out first).
Reach up and feel for the other side of the contacts - one (or both) wires may have fallen off.
Reconnect wires - it doesn't matter which wire connects to which unless you have replaced the bulb with an LED.
Wires will need to be reconnected with some authority otherwise they will off again.
I feel a definite click when the wires are connected correctly.

Finally, the contacts on the tailgate push in and out slightly.
On my TJ they had pushed in too far and weren't making contact when the tailgate was closed.
I gently pulled the contacts out as far as they would go and wrapped a rubber band around the 'stem' of the contacts so they could not get pushed in too far when the tailgate was closed.
This has ensured a solid connection when the tailgate is closed.
