Uninstalled, it will vary due to the spring rate that shark mentioned. Installed, will depend on anything extra heavy you have added to the TJ (like bumpers, armor, winch, etc). Likely 3.75"-4.25" with the +/- weight variables.
Know that 4" springs require several supporting components in order to work. (You can't just throw 4" springs on a stock TJ without big issues.)
