'89 YJ w/ Coilover Conversion Driver Side Sagging

I have an '89 that the PO installed the old Black Diamond XCL 6" Coilover Conversion on. When I first got it back in March the ride height was just about as level as it was going to get. I took it in around mid-March to get the pass side rear axle shaft seal replaced. Since then, it's sagging about 1"+ on the driver side. They had no idea what could have caused it and didn't even realize there was a problem. I've gotten the shocks rebuilt in the last 6 weeks and my local suspension shop put them back on and set the ride height. When I'm driving the ride height is level. I usually park right next to another YJ in my apartment complex. Although the stance when parked is significantly more level than before the shocks got rebuilt, there is still a noticeable lean on my jeep compared to the other YJ. I've checked the BL and nothing seems to be out of whack. It was level when I first got it and I cannot seem to figure out what part of the puzzle I'm missing. I checked the skid plate and both front/rear axles with a level and they are spot on if that even makes a difference. Hoping someone out there can shed some light on this for me. Thanks. - SP

This is before the shocks got rebuilt but that didn't solve the problem completely.
