97 TJ Skyjacker lift with Eccentric bolts for the upper control arm problem

I did a lift for a friend on a 97 TJ and we are having an issue with the eccentric bolts moving after tightening them. This results in a very bad vibration in the rear end due to the pinion angle being misaligned with the drive shaft. Are there any quick fixes for this while we are waiting for the adjustable control arms to come in?
