97 Wrangler 4.0 auto hesitation/ idle issues

Hello all this seems to be a common question for TJs around this year but I don't recall ever seeing a definitive resolution. So in general the issue is my TJ hesitates/ bucks when you get up to 45-50 mph not always but most of the time. Sometimes a pretty good jerk to it sometimes just a little flutter. If I hammer the gas it will get past this issue and it's fine at higher mph. Also once in a while when I start it up it will idle real high then creep down untill it's low and steady but when I give it gas it bogs in idle. It will eventually "switch" out of this low idle after I tap the brake which is weird. My initial thought are these two issues are related and it's the TPS or MAP sensor. I have replaced them both but with cheapies and not OEM sensors so that might be it. So far I have replaced plugs, camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, TPS sensor, MAP sensor. Help!
