99 jeep 4.0 stroker problem

Hey guys and galls I'm in need of some help. I have a 99 jeep tj 4.0 started this build last year at this time of year I had it bored over 30 because it was knocking that ran fine till July 1 2016 then it exploded piston number 6 and shot the rod out the side of the block the machine shop got me a new block and I bought a stroker kit from https://www.cleggengine.com/stroker-...oker-kits.html I got the 8.8 -1 compression ratio with the forged pistons and rods and crank. Had the machine shop install the Pistons on the rods and do the block work I put it all together and it run and drove fine for a week 280 miles. Then it started knocking really bad again took the oil pan off and found bad groves in the number 6 walls took pictures of it and sent them to the manufacture and the Machine Shop the manufacturer said the Clarence was too tight and the Machine Shop said that it was a tune/injector issue. OK so I bought new injectors and new pistons had a different machine shop to the work this time now it 40 over bore also had them put the block together so all I had to do was in stall the oil pump and oil pan and head valve cover. Got it all back together 3 weeks ago now new years eve driving home started knocking really bad and had no oil pressure this time checked oil it full looks clean a little thin but if fuel is getting by then ya it going to be thin no check engine lights or other issues on the dash I have a borescope and a scan tool checked for codes and proper system running looked in the cylinders and I'm pretty sure that it's number 6 has bad groves on the spark plug side also looked moist in there I'm wondering if any ones has any information on to why it keeps doing this or if the machine shop just don't know how to do there job
