Cat question

2001 TJ with a 4.0 has 2 mini cats. The third one in the tailpipe in front of the muffler is that a catalytic converter or is it a resignater has no O2 sensor. Cannot figure why they would have a catalytic converter and no O2 sensor. Looking at replacing exhaust in just wondering what I needed to buy

There are no sensors or anything ecu related monitoring that so no issues removing it. She runs like a champ.

It was a Cat. The first two are Pre-Cats. Jeeps don't have resonators.
