Changing Seats

Hi Guys,
I know this topic has been covered before but i can't find what i'm looking for!
I want to change the front seats from my 2001 TJ to either a pair of Hyundai Coupe or Mazda RX8 seats..(which i then plan on restoring and refinishing to match the interior)...
From previous threads i've read on here it seems that front seat removal is a PITA because the bolts tend to shear off...Whenever i've done anything to the TJ (body lift, remove bumpers, rear seat brackets etc) the bolts have ALWAYS snapped...Does anyone have a method of preventing this from happening before i remove them?? Also, once removed, can the electrical connection, seat belt etc be removed from the TJ seat and swapped to the new one?? I realise i'll probably have to make some kind of adaptors to fit the new seats to the existing rail (and possibly raise them up a bit too)..
Any help or advice from anyone whose done this mod would be great.
Cheers
