chevy tranny fluid

i have some friends who are honda freaks and they were putting chevy syncro mesh tranny fluid in thier cars. i did this with my dodge stealth( which was supposed to take 80-90) and it improved the shifting big time. i wanted to know if any one had heard about this fuild. it has a almost water like consitency to it but it helps with warn gears and cold shifting. any thoughts? thanks

All you're doing is using a lighter oil, I would be seriously concerned about it providing adequate lubrication.

Put what jeep says to put. As for hard shift,, if you have the 5spd nv3500 its a bitch to shift in the cold weather no matter what.
