CIA install for more storage?

Hey all, I know cold air intake is not a great idea for jeep with dust and water. But I really need to add some hidden storage. I was thinking of using the Cia I have here on the drivers side. Does any one see an issue with this? Any concerns?

The drivers side battery tray under brakes will hold my compressors. And the drivers seat has storage box under it. I use the back seat so not big trunk. I have a jeep trunk for it, but I've been pulling it out for taller items. I mostly run top less so Im looking for hidden spots, just to hold my winch controler, pulley ect. If I leave it out it will get stolen.

I've bought a windstar air cleaner box but have not gotten to install it yet.

No need to move the intake just for storage.

Ignore the Windstar intake in the picture...
