Clicking after replacing manifold

Hey guys. I just put a brand new exhaust manifold into my jeep which quieted it down a lot. However, now I have a ticking noise whenever i have my foot on the accelerator but stops as soon as I take it off. What could it be or what could I have done wrong?

A ticking/crackling sound? That would make me think the header is leaking either where it is bolted to the head or where the downtube is connected to it.

But I just replaced it and torqued all the screws and attached. Could it be from the actual exhaust pipe itself?

Was it fully seated on the alignment pins before you torqued it down?

So after pulling it it's been running rough. Rough idle and rough acceleration. I'm second guessing myself on the air intake where three tubes enter underneath the throttle body. Was wondering if anyone just could take a photo of it for me so I knew the order they are supposed to be in. 2.5 liter
