Clutch problem

Had to replace my clutch last year because I burned it out and the mechanic replaced the clutch and flywheel. Since then it has made a bit of a rattling sound when I press the clutch but recently it has been getting louder, it is worst after a drive over an hour. Also after long drives, putting the jeep in 1st gear shakes the whole car a lot, other than that it runs fine. Any ideas of what it is or recommendations of what to do?

Could it be loose/cracked transmission mounts?
