D44 Nth Deg. slider?

I picked one up and was reading the instructions that it reccomends not to install with a factory fixed(non-slip joint) drive shaft with out a stinger bar on it. Has anybody had any experience with this at all?

if it matters i have a rough country 4" lift with 32's on it currently

I don´t see a reason why this skid plat shouldn´t work with a normal driveshaft.
The only difference with a CV DS is that the axle pinion is a bit higher and it shows to the TC yoke.

A TJ has CAs and coil springs. There is no axle wrap like with leaf springs.
