Dash indicators

New guy in the forum with his third jeep. I just bought this 2002 Wrangler and a couple questions have come up. No answers found in Search. My question is; in the upper right corner of the dash is a light shaped like a house. The light comes and goes whenever it wants. Does anyone know what the light is indicating?

Manual transmission I’m assuming? It’s telling you to shift to the next highest gear.
Welcome to the forum. We’ve got all the answers, some we make up as we go along. Just ask what’s the best oil!

I thought it might be a shift point indicator but it has been a little erratic. It also appears to know when I am lugging the engine a bit and should up-shift. Obviously it is smarter than the driver. Also have an indication of "part-time" on the dash referring to the 4wd.

Been 30 plus years since my last standard transmission and having to learn all over again.

Thanks for the response.
