do i need an alignment again?

i installed my lift and then took my LJ to get wheels, tires, alignment, etc. i was thinking about getting an aftermarket steering stabilizer. i probably should have done that when i put the lift on ><;

my question is do i need another alignment after i install the new stabilizer? or is that not necessary?
