Electrical/light issue??

Recently when i put on my left turn signal the light on the dash would not blink but held a solid green. Now occasionally when I put it on it will blink but my dash lights and radio will dim when it blinks. And now today occasionally when i press my brakes the dash lights will dim.... what in the hell is going on?

you've most likely got a short somewhere in your wiring harness

I would check all the sockets and grounds. Sounds like the ground path is not through the black wire all the time. It may be floating taking the path of least resistance. Check for corrosion in the sockets.

I would check the wiring harnesses that connect to your combination switch, or maybe it's the switch itself.

Pull the rear tail light housings and clean any corrosion in the bulb housings and any rust where it screws in the tub.

Ill pull the housing today after work and check it out. It did not start doing this until i removed my tail light housing a couple weeks ago and replaced the bolts with stanless steal.
