Fan Not Working, Replaced Switch & Resistor. What's Next?

The fan in my Wrangler TJ is not blowing at any speed. I know the switch and motor resistor are often the likely culprits so I replaced them both. Still nothing. Harness wires look fine. What's the next step? The motor itself? Is there a way to test that?

apply 12v to the blower motor and see if it spins

I've heard it can also be the relay. Going to attempt to replace that and if all else fails, I guess i'll pull the motor and see if I can figure out a way to test it. I believe it only had two prongs. Power to one and ground to another?

yep, and if you get them wrong, the only thing that will happen is the fan will spin backwards

Be much easier to test or apply 12v at the blower connector versus taking the blower completely out. Unplug the harness, turn on air and check for 12v output going into the blower. If there's no power, then check the relay located behind the glovebox on the HVAC housing.

If there's 12v at the connector, then it would point to a bad blower motor which then would require total removal. You can then just easily connect it to the battery to confirm.
