Front spring isolater

Put new Rancho shocks on My 2003 tj with an existing 2" spacer lift today and just noticed on the front in pictures of installs that the stock upper isolator is left in place and the spacer is below it. On mine the spacer is at the top and the isolator is between it and the spring - will this matter- should I change it?
