I would ditch the Dana 35.

But since you have committed time and money to it, your pinion is too shallow. Add 10 thou and re-run the pattern.

I will ditch the d35. I wouldn't pay for a pro install plus gears, but a few hundred for parts to buy some time I can do. I got the gears in and whisper quiet. Pinion went deeper as stated and carrier tighter to pinion slight as well.

Now to do the front 30 gears and Aussie. This time with no second set of hands. Thanks for chiming in.
