Headlight alignment after lift?

Does anyone have thoughts as to whether or not one should realign headlights after a lift? I put a 3" spring lift on last year and am curious about realigning them. I do know my headlights don't shine to bright, but before I replace, I am asking myself this question. Thanks.

I would say yes, not so much because of the extra height but because your lift probably altered your rake as well.
