Relatively new and have just chased down the heat and ac panel lights for my 2005 Rubicon. These are little things that no one local seemed to have. After multiple searches I found some on-line at an EBay seller and I ordered them.
I turned up a thread about some GMC window control panel lights that seemed similar and included a real "generic" part number for 63 cents each, so I ordered 10 of those (shipping is $7, just as well make it worth the effort).
I got the generic bulbs in today and the fit and light up correctly. Thought I would share the PN and results.
I bought from Mouser Electronics, the PN is DNW1-DW10, the link is below.

Spec sheet here
There are small differences.
The stock bulbs have a black base with an integrated contact. This NDW1-DW10 has a gray base and the light bulb leads make the contact.
The stock bulb is slightly shorter, but there is plenty of depth in the panel (like an extra inch).
The only working stock bulb I had measured 12.3 ohms of resistance the new ones measure 13.5. Technically that puts them within the +/- 10% spec.
My user report is the bulbs fit perfectly and the panel lights up as expected. I compared the brightness of the dash to the console and in my opinion they match.
I have a 10 extra new bulbs, happy for a few spares, but would be glad to recover some of my costs. Will sell them off at $3 each or 3 for $7, postage included (change them all at once IMHO). PM me if you want them.
