Help needed!!!! ReAssembly question

Hello everyone. I am currently reassembling my 97 tj sport (4.0 no A/C) after a 2 year frame swap/body restoration. I have apparently lost some of the pictures I took during disassembly and I am unsure where something goes. I have a green wire with a flat notched metal ring plate connector attached to a large green wire coming off the main wiring harness in the area of the battery/power distribution center. I think it goes into the PDC with the red wire but I am not totally sure. Can someone confirm this? Picture of the offending wire is attached. Thanks!!!!

That green one attached at the PDC. Should be a tall stud that you can bolt it to
