Well if nothings moving or broke step one is to COMPLETELY GREASE EVERYTHING under there, teh "U" joints, hub bearings, ( if they have zerks on them, the upper and lower ball joints , tie rod ends, drag link, and the idler arm
And anything else you can find under there, if the noise goes away, you should be ok, if it doesn't take it in and have everything checked. A squeak under load might not make a sound under no load conditions, Hub Bearings are famous for that, I drilled mine out on my Jeep and grease them when I grease everything else.
