Engine to transmission seal. Common on just about every vehicle, and nothing to worry about unless your losing quarts per mile. Not worth it to fix since it'll just leak again after 50k miles or so, plus the maintenance involved is mind-boggling.

I replaced my rear main seal (which appears to be your problem too) probably close to 100K miles ago and it's been leak-free ever since. I had my local 4x4 shop replace it and they only charged me two hours labor plus the seal.

Not at all. Put a plastic drain mat under it to keep the mess in your parking space at a minimum and watch your oil level, you can run it like that indefinitely without problem so long as you don't mind the leakage making a mess.

Not anything to worry about, take a peek under another vehicle with front-engine, rear wheel drive. Chances are you'll see the same, like I said it's a common problem but nothing to get in a fuss over.
